Our team developed Hot Flame, an all-in-one platform designed to facilitate the dining process from start to finish. The features included:

  • Online Ordering System: Customers could easily browse through the digital menu, select their items, and place orders for pickup or delivery. The system integrates with the restaurant’s POS system to ensure seamless order processing.

  • Technology Stack: The platform was built using a combination of web technologies including React for the front-end, Node.js for the back-end, and integrated payment gateways for secure transactions.
  • Integration: We integrated the platform with POS systems, payment processing services, and reservation management tools to ensure a smooth, interconnected experience for both restaurant staff and customers.
  • Testing & Launch: The platform underwent rigorous testing across devices to ensure a consistent and responsive experience. Once optimized, we launched the platform and provided training to the restaurant staff for effective use.
